On July 20, 2026, the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering solemnly organized the ceremony to award the 30-year Party Membership Badge of the Party Committee of the Government to Comrade Nguyen Ha An, a party member of the Hydro-Mechanical Party Cell under the Institute Party Organization.

Attending the ceremony to award the 30-year Party Membership Badge were Comrade Phan Dang Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Institute; comrades from the Executive Committee of the Institute Party Committee, the Party Committee Office, and all party members of the Hydro-Mechanical Party Cell.

Comrade Nguyen Tien Dung, a member of the Party Committee, on behalf of the Institute Party Committee, read the Decision to award the 30-year Party Membership Badge of the Party Committee of the Government to Comrade Nguyen Ha An.

Comrade Phan Dang Phong, on behalf of the Executive Committee of the Institute Party Organization and authorized by the Party Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, presented the 30-year Party Membership Badge and flowers to congratulate Comrade Nguyen Ha An, while also delivering remarks acknowledging and highly appreciating Comrade Nguyen Ha An's contributions to the Hydro-Mechanical Party Cell in particular and to the Institute Party Organization of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering in general.

Comrade Nguyen Ha An expressed his sentiments, thanked the Institute Party Organization of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering for organizing the solemn and thoughtful ceremony to award the 30-year Party Membership Badge, and signed the Badge presentation book of the Institute Party Organization.
