In an atmosphere of excitement and eagerness to emulate labor and production, achieving achievements to celebrate the 73rd anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2018) and the 64th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital (October 10, 1954 – October 10, 2018), with the approval of the Party Committee of the Hanoi Industrial Sector, on September 13, 2018, the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering solemnly organized a ceremony to award the 30-year Party Membership Badge for the period of September 2, 2018, from the Hanoi City Party Committee to Comrade Phạm Văn Hùng, a party member of the Machine Design and Manufacturing Technology Chapter under the Institute's Party Committee.

Attending the Party Badge Award Ceremony, on behalf of the Party Committee of the Hanoi Industrial Sector, there were Comrade Trịnh Huy Thành, Secretary of the Party Committee, and comrades of the Standing Committee and Office of the Sector Party Committee; on behalf of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering, there were Comrade Phan Đăng Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Institute; comrades of the Institute's Party Executive Committee; all party members of the Machine Design and Manufacturing Technology Chapter; and representatives of leaders of mass organizations within the Institute: the Trade Union, the Women's Committee, the Veterans Association, and the Youth Union of the Institute.

Comrade Trịnh Huy Thành, authorized by the Hanoi City Party Committee, presented and pinned the 30-year Party Membership Badge to Comrade Phạm Văn Hùng.

Comrade Phan Đăng Phong delivered a speech congratulating Comrade Phạm Văn Hùng; at the same time, he acknowledged and highly appreciated Comrade Phạm Văn Hùng's contributions to the Institute's Party Committee over the past more than 30 years.

Comrade Phạm Văn Hùng expressed his feelings upon receiving the 30-year Party Membership Badge this time and sincerely thanked the Hanoi City Party Committee, the Party Committee of the Hanoi Industrial Sector, and the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering for organizing a solemn and thoughtful award ceremony.
