In the spirited atmosphere of emulation in labor and production to achieve feats in celebration of the 128th anniversary of the birth of the great President Ho Chi Minh (19/5/1890 – 19/5/2018) and in implementation of the 2018 work plan of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering.

With the approval of the Hanoi Industrial Sector Party Committee, on March 2, 2018, the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering held a ceremony to award the Party Badge for the period of 03/02/2018 to comrades who have 30 years of Party membership, including: Comrade Le Trong Kieng, Industrial Design Consulting Party Cell; Comrade Nguyen Huu Hien, Mechanical Training and Manufacturing Party Cell; Comrade Tran Duc Quang, Organization and Administration Party Cell.

Attending and directing the ceremony were Comrade Trinh Huy Thanh, Secretary of the Hanoi Industrial Sector Party Committee; Comrade Pham Thi Kim Loan, Member of the Party Committee Executive Board, Chief of Office of the Hanoi Industrial Sector Party Committee. Also present were Comrade Nguyen Chi Sang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director; Comrade Phan Dang Phong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Director; members of the Institute's Party Committee Executive Board; all Party members from the Industrial Design Consulting Party Cell, Mechanical Training and Manufacturing – Industrial Technical Inspection Party Cell, and Organization – Administration Party Cell; and representatives of the leadership of mass organizations in the Institute, including the Trade Union, Women's Committee, Veterans Association, and Youth Union.
