On December 12, 2022, the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering solemnly organized the Ceremony to award the 40-year Party membership badge of the Hanoi City Party Committee to Comrade Hoang Quoc Tinh, a Party member of the Organizational - Administrative Party Cell under the Institute's Party Committee.

Attending the Ceremony to award the 40-year Party membership badge were Comrade Phan Dang Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Institute; comrades from the Institute Party Committee Executive Board; and all Party members of the Organizational - Administrative Party Cell.

Comrade Phan Dang Phong, authorized by the Party Committee of the Hanoi Enterprise Bloc, presented the 40-year Party membership badge and flowers to congratulate Comrade Hoang Quoc Tinh, delivered a speech, acknowledged, and highly appreciated Comrade Hoang Quoc Tinh's contributions to the Institute's Party Committee over the past more than 40 years.

Comrade Hoang Quoc Tinh expressed his feelings upon being honored to receive the 40-year Party membership badge and sincerely thanked the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering for organizing the Ceremony to award the 40-year Party membership badge in a solemn and thoughtful manner.
