Abstract: This paper summarizes the research and development status of ocean wave energy domestically and internationally, and presents concepts of waves and wave energy. From that, it selects principles, solutions, and structures for a wave energy power generation device suitable for small-scale power capacity. The paper also presents the calculation method for determining the energy of the device based on basic wave parameters, applied to a specific case.
