Tóm tắt bài báo: Within the scope of this paper, the authors present some research results on the manufacturing technology of the conical disc spring assembly of the main steam supply valve control actuator for steam turbines in thermal power plants. This assembly consists of interconnected conical disc spring plates, requiring working conditions that demand components with comprehensive mechanical properties, high durability, precise machining, and especially stringent limits on the elastic force value, which must ensure the opening and closing characteristic curve of the main steam supply valve for the turbine operates accurately, safely, and stably during equipment operation.
