Tóm tắt bài báo: This paper summarizes the research on basic solutions for harnessing and converting wave energy into electricity in Vietnam and worldwide. From that, it selects the principle, solution, and structure for a wave energy power generation device suitable for wave conditions in Vietnam. In the paper, we also present the kinematic and dynamic diagrams of the selected device structure and design and manufacture 01 complete device. At the same time, we determine the dependence of the Wave Energy Exchange Coefficient CWR on the device structural parameters as well as wave parameters. Achieved results: Complete manufacturing of 01 wave energy power generation device, including inspection methods and trial runs of the device before actual use, and providing a graph of the dependence of the Wave Energy Exchange Coefficient CWR on device structural parameters as well as wave parameters.
