Article abstract: The article introduces a science and technology product: Research, design, and trial manufacturing of a cinnamon essential oil distillation system from cinnamon branches and leaves suitable for rural conditions in Vietnam.      The trial product of the project: Design and manufacture of the equipment system, trial operation of the equipment system. Trial distillation, evaluation of productivity and quality of essential oil on the manufactured equipment system of the project. Development of a technological process for distilling cinnamon essential oil from cinnamon branches and leaves. The cinnamon essential oil distillation system is small-scale, simple in structure, robust, easy to use and maintain. The fuels used for distillation are diverse, including electricity, gas, coal, firewood, etc., suitable for rural areas of Vietnam.
