Abstract: The most important parts of the main steam safety valve are the moving body and stationary body with two sealing contact surfaces, which operate under high pressure and temperature conditions. The valve must stop operating when the sealing surfaces are damaged, which also causes the boiler to shut down. This paper studies technological solutions for manufacturing the moving and stationary valve bodies in order to restore the main steam safety valve assembly.
