Article abstract: The article summarizes the research and development status of renewable energy in general and wave energy in particular both domestically and internationally, and presents basic solutions for harnessing and converting wave energy into electricity. From there, it selects principles, solutions, and structures for wave energy power generation equipment suitable for small-scale capacity. In the article, we also present the kinematic and dynamic diagrams of the selected equipment structure. At the same time, we determine the dependence of the Wave Energy Conversion Ratio (CWR) on the equipment structural parameters as well as wave parameters.
