The New Year gathering at the beginning of spring has become a tradition for the officials, employees, and workers of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering. This gathering is not merely a social meeting day; it holds an important role and significance in the organizational culture. It is an occasion for all members of the Institute to talk, share, understand each other better, and strengthen their bonds.

On February 3, 2025 (the 6th day of the first lunar month, Year of the Snake), the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering joyfully organized a New Year gathering to welcome the Spring of the Snake.

Comrade Phan Đăng Phong - Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the Institute, on behalf of the Institute’s Party Committee and Leadership Board, delivered New Year wishes to all officials, employees, and workers of the Institute for a year of Peace and Prosperity. He also wished for the Institute to be united, unanimous, and determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the Conference of Officials, Employees, and Workers for the term 2024-2025.

After the New Year wishes, the Institute’s Leadership Board presented lucky red envelopes (lì xì) to all officials, employees, and workers, and took commemorative photos.

At the conclusion of the New Year gathering, all officials, employees, and workers began their first working day after the Lunar New Year holiday with the best, most enthusiastic, and most inspired spirit for a successful and efficient working year.
