The New Year gathering has become a tradition for the civil servants, employees, and workers of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering. This event is not merely a meeting for social interaction; it plays an important role in the organizational culture of the Institute. It is an occasion for all members to converse, share, better understand one another, and strengthen their bonds.

On January 27, 2023 (the 6th day of the first lunar month, Year of the Cat), the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering joyfully held its New Year gathering to welcome the Year of the Cat.

Comrade Phan Dang Phong – Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Institute, on behalf of the Institute's leadership, delivered a New Year's address to all civil servants, employees, and workers. He wished the Institute unity, consensus, and determination to successfully implement the Resolution of the Conference of Civil Servants and Employees for the 2022–2023 term.

At the conclusion of the New Year gathering, all civil servants, employees, and workers began the first working day after the Tet holiday with the best spirit, full of enthusiasm and excitement for a successful and productive working year.
