On the morning of December 7, 2024, at Meeting Room P.209 of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering headquarters, the Institute held the Institute-level doctoral thesis defense ceremony for PhD candidate (NCS) Nguyen Quang Vinh, currently a lecturer at the University of Transport and Communications:

The doctoral thesis evaluation committee consisted of 7 members: Chairman of the Committee: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thu Quy (National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering); Secretary of the Committee: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Duy Trung (National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering); 3 reviewers: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huu Quang (University of Economics - Technology for Industries), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Anh Tu (Hanoi University of Industry), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Van Got (National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering); 2 members: Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Toan (Hanoi University of Science and Technology) and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dinh Thi Thanh Huyen (University of Transport and Communications).

Attending the thesis defense ceremony, on behalf of the University of Transport and Communications, there was Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Hoai Duc - Vice Rector; on behalf of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering, there was Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thu Quy - Director of the Training Center; in addition, there were educators, scientists from inside and outside the Institute, many colleagues, family members, and friends of the PhD candidate.

The result of the Institute-level doctoral thesis defense of PhD candidate Nguyen Quang Vinh was evaluated by the Committee with a unanimous vote of 7/7, including 3/7 excellent votes. The results of the thesis have been published in 4 international articles/scientific reports, including 2 international articles (SCOPUS Q2 ranking), 1 international scientific report (SCOPUS Q4), and 1 domestic article.
