Implementing Plan No. 127-KH/BTGDVTTW dated September 12, 2025 of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Official Dispatch No. 417-CV/ĐU dated September 12, 2025 of the Government Party Committee, and Plan No. 05-KH/ĐUB dated September 14, 2025 of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on organizing a national conference to disseminate and implement Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW of the Politburo on international integration in the new situation; Resolution No. 70-NQ/TW of the Politburo on ensuring national energy security to 2030, with a vision to 2045; Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthrough development of education and training; and Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW of the Politburo on some breakthrough solutions to strengthen protection, care, and improvement of people's health.

On the morning of September 16, 2025, the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering organized a live broadcast of the Conference with the participation of: the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, key officials, heads of mass organizations, and all Party members of the Institute's Party Committee.
