Implementing according to Official Dispatch No. 928-GM/TU of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee dated April 14, 2025, on organizing a relay broadcast of the national online conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 11th Plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee, organized by the Politburo and the Secretariat.

On the morning of April 16, 2025, the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering organized a relay broadcast of the Conference with the participation of: the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, key officials, heads of mass organizations, and employees.
