The Year-End Party is a ceremony marking the end of one year and preparing for the new year. This is a long-standing custom and a cultural beauty of Vietnamese people in general and of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering in particular.

Today, in the final days of the old year Ky Hoi, preparing for the new year Canh Ty, the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering joyfully organizes a New Year greetings event and Year-End Party to celebrate the successes achieved by the Institute in the Year of the Pig, and simultaneously welcome the upcoming Year of the Rat; this is also an occasion and opportunity for all officials, employees, and workers in the Institute to meet, interact, and exchange best wishes with each other before stepping into the new year 2020.

Attending the party were leaders of the Institute, former leaders of the Institute, the Party Committee, and all officials, employees, and workers; invited guests included leaders of the Vietnam Mechanical Engineering Journal and leaders of Narime Industrial Equipment Company.

On behalf of the Party Committee and the Institute leadership, Comrade Phan Dang Phong delivered a speech, reviewing the results achieved by the Institute in 2019 and the work plan for 2020; Comrade Phan Dang Phong wished health and happiness to all officials, civil servants, employees, and workers for a successful, prosperous, and thriving new year.
